WEBMoxfield is good, particularly for sharing decks and primers as it does a better job of presenting decks, but I find the process of deck building to be a better experience on Archidekt, at least on desktop. They're very comparable in terms of features, I just prefer the builder UX of Archidekt. None of the others are worth mentioning.

WEBMar 6, 2021 · Here's some tips for a beginner deck: in a 60 card deck, play 23-24 lands and lots of cheap spells (1-3 mana). You can play some cards that cost 4 or more, but not too many, or your deck will be too slow. If you have very expensive spells (6+ mana) you should also have mana ramp (spells that put lands into play or creatures that produce mana).
