Reliability does equal zero risk of defect. It’s just a (relatively) lower but greater-than-zero probability of a defect.

WEBOct 15, 2022 · Parts are also a good point. Whirlpool family appliances have readily available parts. Not cheap, but available. GE used to also be like this, not sure anymore after the sale. There clearly is good money in it for both Whirlpool and the parts dealers. Prices are nUtS! Samsung and LG have more parts availability difficulties.
