Best customer service ever. I am a regular to Albany and I just find their customer service to be so friendly and helpful. I also like their new Christmas give away.Full review by Danny T

I would like to know why the mall staff has to pay for parking. I think it's unfair as without the staff opening up the stores the business will not run. So I ask for a free staff carpark.Full review by rasharishrish

A fairly small mall, with an ok range of stores. More clothing stores would be, especially those catering for male fashion. Generally clean and tidy, but too cold - what a waste of energy.Full review by Tabatha1998
