South Pymatuning Township is a township in Mercer County, Pennsylvania, United States. The population was 2,650 at the 2020 census, a decrease from 2,695 in 2010. According to the United States Census Bureau, the township has a total area of 21.5 square miles, of which 19.3 square miles is land and 2.1 square miles is water.
