It's quite another to hear it from your own coach. However, that's exactly what happened Wednesday as Raiders coach Antonio Pierce met with reporters ahead of his team's battle with the Kansas City Chiefs Friday.

As the Las Vegas Raiders prepare for their matchup with the Chiefs, one thing is clear: Antonio Pierce was the wrong choice at head coach.

Pierce doesn’t at all seem to be insulting the Raiders as being the worst in football as much as he’s accepting that the tepid public expectations for his team in Friday’s game against quarterback Patrick Mahomes and the Chiefs.
