Butterball has a Turkey Talk-Line that is staffed by more than 50 experts, and officially went live at the beginning of the month and remains open through Dec. 24.

The Butterball turkey Talk-Line is helping families with any turkey-related questions they have during Thanksgiving. NBC News' Maggie Vespa visits the talk line headquarters to talk to a few of the turkey specialists.

You may not know it, but one of Thanksgiving's most famous traditions -- the Butterball Turkey-Talk Line -- is nestled in the western Chicago suburb of Naperville.

"Turkeys will adjust their behavior and could become harder to detect and harder to harvest," researcher Nickolas Gulotta said.
