Carter Smith announced his commitment to Wisconsin on Sunday afternoon. The four-star quarterback was committed to Michigan for nearly a year before decommitting on Oct. 30. He named the Badgers almost a month later and is the second senior quarterback commit for Wisconsin this cycle.

Smith holds numerous Lee County records at the quarterback position, most recently breaking the county career passing yards record.
