There’s a greater risk of flash flooding on Tuesday than Monday. Storms are a threat during the later afternoon into the evening and are expected to taper off sometime between 7 p.m. and 10 p.m. It’ll again be a warm day with highs in the upper 80s to about 90.

The National Weather Service released a flash flood warning at 11:20 p.m. on Monday in effect until Tuesday at 3:30 a.m. for Berks County.

At 11:10 p.m. on Monday, the National Weather Service released a flash flood warning in effect until Tuesday at 2:15 a.m. for Adams and York counties.
