LaMelo Ball scored 17 of his 31 points in the fourth quarter, Brandon Miller tied a career high with seven 3-pointers and had 29 points and the Charlotte Hornets overcame a 13-point deficit to beat the Indiana Pacers 103-83.

Indiana clearly missed having more than one center, as they were outrebounded 56-37. Charlotte's Moussa Diabate became the first player in NBA history to record zero points, 15 rebounds, and a plus/minus of at least +30. Indiana's weaknesses were very much exposed.

The Pacers had appeared to rebound from a tough start to a season by winning games against the Boston Celtics, Dallas Mavericks, and Orlando Magic, before putting together an ugly performance in Charlotte.
