Due to a labeling mix-up, a tip that defendant Richard Allen was seen on the Monon High Bridge on the day of the murders of Abigail Williams, 13, and Liberty "Libby" German, 14, in 2017, was not reviewed after September 2022.

52-year-old Richard Allen is charged with the murders of 13-year-old Abby Williams and 14-year-old Libby German. Abby and Libby disappeared during a hike on Feb. 13, 2017, near the Monon High Bridge Trail in Delphi. Their bodies were discovered in the woods near that trail a day later.

Richard Allen is accused of kidnapping and murdering Abigail Williams and Liberty German near a hiking trail in Delphi in 2017. Day 6 began at 9 a.m. with the State calling their first witness, Kathy Shank. She was a volunteer receptionist when people came in with tips.
