Federal officers carrying out immigration raids faced multiple vehicle ramming attacks in Charlotte on Monday, injuring at least one officer.

Four officers were shot while responding to a rural residence south of Topeka, Kansas. The shooting happened around 10:30 a.m. Saturday.

Kansas Bureau of Investigation spokesperson Melissa Underwood said the shooting occurred Saturday morning at a residence in a rural area south of Topeka. KBI Director Tony Mattivi said the suspect was shot and killed at the scene. He was identified as 22-year-old Stephen McMillan.
