The Charlotte Hornets say forward Grant Williams suffered a torn ACL in his right knee and is out indefinitely.

Grant Williams has been a key cog to Charlotte on the floor while being a great ambassador for the club and the city off of it. His injury is a crushing blow to the team, the city, and it's, fans, and all of Charlotte will be rooting for him to return to full-strength.

Grant Williams tore his right ACL and is out for the season, league sources confirmed to The Observer on Sunday. Williams had an MRI that revealed the full extent of the damage of the injury that occurred at the tail end of Saturday night’s loss in Milwaukee.
