A group of people carrying Nazi flags demonstrated outside a Michigan community theater performance of “The Diary of Anne Frank” in a display of antisemitism.

Protesters waved Nazi flags outside of a community theater production of “The Diary of Anne Frank,” leaving performers "understandably shaken" by the hateful display in Michigan, officials said Monday.

This isn’t the first time Nazi flags have been waved around Howell this year, as a white supremacist group marched through downtown in July.

A group of “self-identified Nazis” waving swastika flags showed up outside a Michigan community theater‘s performance of the The Diary of Anne Frank on Saturday, according to locals. The performance was held at an American Legion building in Livingston County.

Neo-Nazis walked around two towns in Michigan waving swastika flags and allegedly shouting antisemitic slurs. They were confronted by police and various witnesses.
