Three massive, out of control wildfires continue to rage north of Duluth in northeastern Minnesota, as near critical fire weather conditions continue to plague the region, according to the National Weather Service.

Three wildfires in northern Minnesota’s Arrowhead region have grown quickly from a few hundred acres to several thousand, with new evacuations and reports of destroyed buildings increasing by the day.

More than 140 buildings have been destroyed and 20,000 acres of forest burned by a trio of wildfires that continue to rage in northern Minnesota. The Brimson-area Camp House Fire, which ignited Sunday, now spans roughly 12,000 acres after spreading rapidly to the north and northeast Monday.
