Thousands of people are set to gather at the Arizona State Capitol and around the Valley on June 14 as part of the nationwide "No Kings" protest.

Despite organizers saying the Arizona protests will be peaceful, the consul warned against participation, especially for those without legal status.

As many as 2,000 protests are planned across the country. Organizers say they’re meant as a counteraction to Trump’s lavish parade, which also happens to fall on his birthday.
