Allu Arjun's Pushpa 2: The Rule has received a U/A certificate from the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC), the makers have said. Arjun is set to return as labourer-turned-sandalwood smuggler Pushpa Raj in the sequel to 2021's Telugu blockbuster Pushpa: The Rise.

Rashmika Mandanna is hopeful that after Allu Arjun won a National Award for Pushpa, Pushpa 2 will bring the same fate for her. Recently, the actress attended the International Film Festival of India (IFFI) in Goa and gave an update about how Allu Arjun is busy with post-production for Pushpa 2.

The Rule is all set to hit the big screens on December 5, 2024. The movie directed by Sukumar has now been granted a U/A certificate by the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC). The film has successfully received its certification and has been confirmed to have a runtime of 3 hours

The Rule' on December 5, skipped his planned appearance at IFFI Goa's closing ceremony, leaving Rashmika Mandanna and Sukumar to represent the film. While the reason remains unclear, Arjun is actively promoting the highly anticipated sequel across India.
