A death-in-custody investigation is underway in Sacramento after a woman who was arrested for trespassing and became unresponsive in the back of a patrol vehicle, police say.

A woman who became unresponsive after being placed in custody in Sacramento died on Sunday, officials say. On Nov. 16., a woman was requested to leave after trespassing at Haggin Oaks Golf Complex in Sacramento.
