Texas attorney Tony Buzbee has filed more than a dozen individual cases of abuse against Sean Combs, and one against Jay-Z.

Attorney Tony Buzbee, who represented the Jane Doe accuser, declined to comment on the case’s dismissal. Buzbee has been at the forefront of multiple lawsuits targeting Combs, filing numerous sexual assault claims against the hip-hop mogul in recent months.

Jay-Z has declared “victory” after a Diddy lawsuit that also accused him of rape was dismissed by the women who filed it. However, he said, the trauma his family have endured since he was named as a co-defendant can’t be dismissed,
