WASHINGTON COUNTY, Iowa (KWWL) -- Two people are dead following a crash in Washington County that began as a chase. According to a crash report, the drivers are being identified as Brittany Miles and Olivia Alvarez. Iowa State Patrol reports Miles was being followed by police on U.S. 218, while going south in the northbound lanes just before 4 p.m.
