A multi-storied apartment being constructed at Whitefield collapsed on Thursday evening. According to eyewitness, fifteenth floor was completed a few days ago and work on 16th floor began on Thursday.
Residents alleged that the blockage originated from land owned by Whitefield Ventures LLP, linked to Karnataka Energy Minister KJ George.
