Joyous painters gathered on Nov 22 at the Children’s Service Center in Wilkes-Barre to honor Edward Luksha and Barbara Luksha Roche by decorating the center’s windows with holiday-themed scenes.

Creating those smiles is what Rowan County artist Cherrathee Hager said she enjoys being able to do for people, and this time of year, she is creating lots of smiles with her seasonal window art.
