The Windows Settings Personalization tab contains just a small fraction of the customization options available in Windows 11.
Cameron Walters actually found a way to get this tab to appear “for real” when launching System Preferences. It involved editing the DefaultHelperApps.plist file in the Internet.prefPane package.
