A severe thunderstorm warning has been issued for portions of several counties in Wisconsin. 10:30 a.m. A thunderstorm system is moving through central Ozaukee and southeastern Washington counties.

Tuesday morning was cold across Western Wisconsin with most areas freezing and all seeing at least some patchy frost. Other spots saw thick frost along with a killing freeze.
