A funeral and burial for "Baby Mary" are set for Friday after a woman allegedly forced her dead newborn down a Whataburger toilet drain last month near San Antonio. The public is invited to attend. Mallory Patrice Strait,

"I had to take a minute, and just like tears of joy. I just did not want her to be in a pauper's grave. She didn't deserve that, after what she'd been through."

BEXAR COUNTY, Texas – Baby Mary, who was found in a Whataburger toilet last month, will be laid to rest on Friday. Baby Mary’s funeral will be at 1 p.m. at the Faith Outreach International located at 3806 Sunshine Ranch Road, according to the Eagle’s Flight Advocacy and Outreach.

A Bexar County deputy working at the jail was arrested for supplying contraband to an inmate. That contraband was Whataburger.
