The wildfires raging across Los Angeles County have forced a host of TV productions to stop filming for the time being.

After the recent announcement of Fallout Season 2’s production delay, titles such as NCIS and Grey’s Anatomy have now been put on hold, in the name of safety during this natural disaster. In fact, a big list of shows have hit pause on work for their current seasons, and THR has reported the titles that are affected.

Grey's Anatomy is among the shows that have been affected by the Los Angeles wildfires as the series shuts down production. The ongoing disaster has caused at least 10 deaths, with thousands evacuated from the city since the outbreak started in Palisades.

Also out of an abundance of caution, CBS Studios opted to wrap their LA productions for the day Wednesday morning. That includes NCIS, which films in Santa Clarita, and NCIS: Origins, which shoots on the Paramount lot. The studio’s LA-based sitcoms, The Neighborhood and Poppa’s House, were not scheduled to tape today and are working remotely.

CBS Studios have suspended shooting for NCIS, NCIS: Origins, Poppa’s House and The Neighborhood. Meanwhile tapings of late night show After Midnight, hosted by stand-up comic Taylor Tomlinson, have been cancelled for the remainder of the week.

Grey's Anatomy and other major productions have been stalled by the ongoing Los Angeles fires. A state of emergency was declared by California Governor Gavin Newsom after destructive fires broke out in the city on Tuesday.
