Ahead of the historic mission which will return humans around the moon, NASA's giant SLS rocket is set to roll to the KSC launch pad for testing.
NASA could be sending a crew on the Orion spacecraft out past the moon in less than a month if everything falls into place. But first the agency has to get its rocket to the launch pad.
The launch is set to occur no earlier than 12:42 p.m. Monday, Jan. 12 from Launch Complex 40 at Cape Canaveral Space Force Station. The mission will be a Falcon 9 rocket sending the company's next batch of 29 Starlink internet satellites to orbit.
