Actor Gene Hackman and his wife Betsy Arakawa have been found dead in their home in New Mexico, the Santa Fe County Sheriff’s Office told CNN.

Legendary actor Gene Hackman, 95, and wife Betsy Arakawa, 64 and their dog were found dead in their home outside Santa Fe, authorities say.

SANTA FE, N.M. (AP) — Oscar-winning actor Gene Hackman and his wife were found dead in their New Mexico home Wednesday, authorities said. Foul play is not suspected, however authorities did not release any details of the circumstances of their deaths and said an investigation is ongoing.
