Rudy Giuliani has been ordered to turn over his Manhattan apartment, a Mercedes and a variety of other personal possessions to Rudy Freeman and Shay Moss, two Georgia election workers who won a $148 million defamation judgment against him.

The two Georgia election workers who won a $148 million defamation verdict against the former New York City mayor will also get a number of luxury assets.

Election workers Ruby Freeman and Shaye Moss won a $148 million claim against Rudy Giuliani, a former lawyer for Donald Trump.

"We are proud that our clients will finally begin to receive some of the compensation to which they are entitled for Giuliani’s actions," said a lawyer for Ruby Freeman and her daughter, Shaye Moss

A federal judge on Tuesday ordered Rudolph W. Giuliani to turn over most of his possessions and available cash to a receivership controlled by the two Georgia election workers he defamed after the last presidential election.

The order comes after Giuliani was found liable for defamation against Ruby Freeman and Shaye Moss for falsely claiming the two engaged in election fraud.

A federal judge also ordered Giuliani to turn over various assets to the two election workers who won a $148-million defamation judgment against him.
