A traffic stop in Northeast Portland on Wednesday yielded four arrests, with officers seizing firearms, bullets and cash, police said. The Portland Police Bureau’s Focused Intervention Team pulled over a car at Northeast Halsey Street and 74th Avenue for “multiple traffic violations,” the bureau said in a statement Thursday.
