SEATTLE — Power has been restored to the last of the neighborhoods left in the dark by last week’s bomb cyclone, but the lingering impacts from the damage have convinced some residents to change their Thanksgiving plans.

More than 16,000 homes and businesses are still without power, nearly a week after the bomb cyclone hit our region.

Puget Sound Energy expects to fully restore power to "most if not all” customers by Tuesday, a spokesperson told KUOW.
