Families across southern Washington say this Halloween lacked its usual joy. So two parents gave Vancouver kids a second chance at a Halloween night on Sunday.

A 22-year-old man has been arrested and identified as a suspect in a shooting that erupted on Halloween night in a crowded mall in Vancouver, Washington, killing one man, injuring two others and sending numerous trick-or-treaters running for cover,

The victim who died at the scene was also an adult man whose exact age and identity have not yet been confirmed.
