New York State will pay to resolve a lawsuit filed by Charlotte Bennett over accusations that former Gov. Andrew Cuomo sexually harassed her when she worked in his executive office.

Former Gov. Andrew Cuomo’s one-time aide clinched a $450,000 settlement in a case accusing the State of New York of failing to address her claims that Cuomo sexually harassed her.

They joined tenant advocates near City Hall to blame Cuomo for allegedly creating the city's affordability crisis and blasted his ability to fix it.
