Russia attacked Ukraine overnight Monday and into the morning, killing two and injuring 15, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said.

A third round of peace talks between Ukrainian and Russian officials is planned to take place later this week in Turkey, according to Ukraine’s President Volodymyr Zelensky.

Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelenskyy’s announcement late Monday that the negotiations would take place generated little hope they would deliver any progress on ending the three-year war.
