Two hundred Kenyan police officers arrived in Haiti on Thursday to join the United Nations-backed mission to fight gangs in the crisis-plagued Caribbean country.

Kenya and the US have reaffirmed their mutual commitment to strengthen bilateral ties and existing cooperation amid sweeping foreign policy changes effected by the Donald Trump administration.
