Horizon MMO May Have Survived NCSOFT's Cull After All
NCSOFT’s unannounced Horizon MMO may not have been cancelled after all. In an email shared on forum Ruliweb, reporter Seo Jeong-geun told a reader that the cancelled Project H mentioned in his article had “nothing to do with Horizon”.

Korean outlet MTN reports that the game, known as Project H/Skyline internally, has been canceled following a round of layoffs in October last year. That's not the only affected game, as another title codenamed Project Pantera, based on NCSoft's Lineage franchise, has also been canceled.

Subsequently, as shared on Reddit, someone got in contact with the original reporter at Korean news outlet MTN to clarify the news. The Reddit made the assumption that NCSoft’s Project H, which was definitely cancelled, referred to Horizon. But the reporter made it clear that it is a different game entirely.

South Korean site MTN News recently reported publisher NCSoft canceled several projects currently known as H, J, and Pantera. While the original story did not mention the Horizon MMO specifically, it was reported that Project H was the unannounced title.
