Harvard had 6,793 international students enrolled in the 2024-2025 school year, making up more than a quarter of its student body, according to the university.

The agency alleged that the school had relationships with a Xinjiang-based paramilitary force and Chinese universities and individuals “linked to China’s defense-industrial base.”
