PlayStation Plus subscribers are just hours away from the launch of the next batch of free PS4 and PS5 games for January.

PlayStation's free PS Plus games for January 2025 are now available for a limited time, and one of the titles is a very controversial title from 2024.

Sony will soon release its latest trio of monthly games for all PS Plus members to download, and one of them just so happens to be one of my favourite indie games of all time. In fact, The Stanley Parable is very highly regarded by many others too,

Sony is kicking off the new year with something of a bang, having just revealed the line-up of games PlayStation Plus members will be getting this month.

The PS5 can also play games from the PS4 generation, and enhance the experience with improved frame rates and resolutions. Most PS5 games also utilize its SSD for near-instant loading, so you never have to check your phone after failing a boss fight.

ORIGINAL: PlayStation Plus subscribers are counting down to the reveal of the free PS4 and PS5 games for January 2025. A little later than usual, the PS Plus Essentials will be unveiled by Sony at 4.30pm GMT UK time on the afternoon of January 1.

PS Plus has set itself up massively with its impressive Essential game drops, and hopes are high that January 2025 will be able to deliver another great month of free games.
