On the heels of a recall affecting a number of its electric vehicles, Toyota now is recalling approximately 591,000 vehicles over an issue with instrument panels.

When it goes on sale, the Leaf S+ trim level will start at $31,485 (including destination), making it the most affordable electric vehicle on the American market.
