The demand has been made ahead of a meeting between the Prison Officers’ Association and Justice Secretary Shabana Mahmood.

A man who trained as a police officer has been jailed for more than nine years after being caught with cocaine worth £432,000.

Elicia Enwood, of Navigation Road, Northwich, was employed as a carer for the Wilmslow resident in April last year.
