The custom-made recording console used on the Beatles’ last recorded album and early solo recordings has been restored and will be for sale on Reverb.

The recording console that the Fab Four used to record their iconic album Abbey Road is about to hit the market at Reverb. The one-of-one EMI TG12345 console has been restored to its former glory, and now one fan will have the chance to add it to their collection.

The legendary recording console used on The Beatles' Abbey Road is going up for sale on gear marketplace Reverb. Custom-built for Abbey Road Studios (then known as EMI Studios) in 1968, the EMI TG 12345 MK1 was installed in Abbey Road's Studio 2 control room and used by George Martin and Geoff Emerick to record The Beatles' final album the following year,

The legendary, one-of-one EMI TG1234 recording console that The Beatles used to record the Abbey Road album will be for sale on Reverb, starting on October 29. The announcement reads:

A flat opposite Abbey Road Studios —and the zebra crossing made famous by The Beatles — is on the market for £995,000 with Knight Frank. The two-bedroom property is situated inside a Grade II-listed converted church on Abbey Road and has direct views of both the studios and the crossing.
