India’s Prime Minister Modi landed in Russia’s Kazan on Tuesday afternoon to attend the Brics summit. He will also hold bilateral talks with Russia’s Putin and Iran’s Pezeshkian. His meeting with China’s Xi is not yet confirmed.

Two dozen world leaders including Chinese leader Xi Jinping are gathering in Russia on Tuesday for the opening of a summit of the BRICS group, which will be hosted in the city of Kazan from October 22 to 24.
