I drove 100 miles each direction to go catch this Escanaba & Lake Superior Railroad freight train (ELS 503 SD40, ELS 1221 SD9, ELS 400 GP38) as they came out of the Green Bay, WI area heading back north.. After a few crossings and talking to the other railfans, I found they were from Illinois, Indiana, Ohio and even South Carolina!!
