Carrot & cumin soup This is a great soup for beginners or if your not very confident making soups you can’t go wrong with this. I love it 🥰 Ingredients 650g of chopped carrots 1 chopped onion 1 Tablespoon of oil or spray oil 3 chopped garlic cloves 1 -2 tablespoons of ground cumin it really will come down to preference but don’t add too much to start you can add it in 1 vegetable stock pot 900mls -1.1 litre boiled water to make your stock , I like mine thick so less water Good pinch of salt & p
