The ceramic jewelry dish here is handmade using daisies from my garden. I pressed the daisies and some various leaves into soft clay to capture the delicate and intricate botanical impressions. As you can see the real daisies are a gorgeous deep purple but sometimes I like playing with the colors and the end color of these daisies is a very soft pink. I really like the textured edge of this dish… accented with the gold, I think it does a nice job in framing the flowers. The pieces I make are all
