Stocking the Cheat River! After approximately 10 stops, Trout for Cheat, Inc. successfully put 2,000 pounds of Rainbow Trout into the mighty waters of the Cheat River near Rowlesburg. The entire effort was done on WV Rt. 72 heading toward Kingwood. According to Trout for Cheat, Inc. President Art George, the day began at around 10 a.m. at the Riverview Lounge in Rowlesburg where the team first met. The group of more than 25 stocked the Cheat downstream to within one mile of Pringle Run. | Presto
