Let’s talk about the new pilot program called CLEAR on lower Washington Street that’s cracking down on illegal double parking in Hoboken - making room for bikes, buses, and you. You can still do quick drop offs or pickups without getting a parking ticket. This pilot program is scheduled to go from Oct 1 - Dec 31.
