Here is Part 2 of setting a dovetail neck by hand. In this video I am fitting the joint with a little help from chalk, letting the neck slide deeper in to its pocket while constantly getting a better fit. The chalk leaves marks on the high spots, which need to be removed. Lastly, i check the alignment and for a proper seated beck by pulling away in different directions.
