Mullein is so impressive for the lungs!! It's an expectorant (so great for wet coughs), an antispasmodic (for intense coughing fits, asthma, and copd), plus it's soothing and hydrating (so it works well for a dry cough, too!) It can be used as a tea or a tincture. It is important to strain the plant matter well because the little hairs on the leaves can actually irritate the lungs.
