Vehicles Run Through Police Barricade The City of Menifee-Police Department & the Riverside County Fire Department responded to a two car traffic collision at the intersection of Scott Road & Briggs Road. While on-scene two vehicles went around the police motorcycles that were blocking traffic from going South on Briggs Road.
