Is it a danger noodle or friend noodle? It can be hard to identify the over 100 different types of snakes that call Texas home. Many harmless snakes have evolved to mimic the appearance of venomous ones (such as the milk, hognose, and bullsnake shown in the video). But in reality, only around 15% of snakes in Texas are venomous. Texas has two types of venomous snakes: pit vipers (which includes rattlesnakes, copperheads, and cottonmouths) and coral snakes. Their bites may be dangerous, but these
